The economic hardship presently experienced by Nigerians has led to the widespread condemnation of the federal government policies under President Muhammadu Buhari and the country’s top celebrities have also expressed dismay at the turn of events.
Music superstar Innocent Idibia better known as Tuface Idibia in the entertainment industry has vowed to lead a protest aptly tagged ‘One Voice Nigeria’ against Nigeria’s biting recession and the move has received support far and near.
Tuface Idibia will now be able to add the Cornel Media Consult (C.M.C) as one of his long list of supporters.

Rising from a meeting on Wednesday, 1 February 2017 at the Elomax Hotel, Maryland, Lagos, the Cornel Media Consult deliberated on a wide range of issues chief among them is to support the music icon in
his planned protest march aimed at sending a message to the government on the plight of the common Nigerian.

Entertainment Industry which CMC is a major Stakeholder, took the bull by the horn to let our leaders know that all is not well in our dear country”

They dreamed and wished for us a nation where love, equality, respect for fellow humans, love, harmony, progressive economy, peace, unity and above all justice to all without sentiments.
“Members of CMC, including the Fort Estate of Realm should give absolute support to this protest of good course come Monday 6th February 2017, by 8am prompt at the National Stadium, Surulere. Please all are expected to come out on green shirts and white trousers to represent our country’s heritage,” Udofia stressed.
In his concluding speech, Udofia said he will personally be at the protest march to lead the ‘noble platform’ as the group believe in equity and fare play.
“I have been consistent in the media and entertainment world and adding positive values to humanity. I have always been an initiator of peace and I’m fully in support of this protest,” the entertainment guru concluded.
