TRAINING OVERVIEW:

The success of any organization is determined to a large extent by the standard of leadership as well as establishment of corporate governance culture and productivity of its human resources. It has been shown consistently that there is no one best leadership style, hence those in positions of leadership must know how to adapt to different leadership modes in order to get the best out of their followers. Also, as critical as leadership, is the corporate governance culture that will be put in place to ensure sustainability of the organization for future generations. The role of people in
an organization cannot be over-emphasized as they remain the most unpredictable among all other factors of production, therefore, continuous development of an organization’s human capital will further ensure consistency in its performance.
