Profile of Speakers
Evelyn is the Managing Director, Crown Eagles Konsult Limited. She has Sixteen (16) years post graduate experience in Manufacturing (Food and Beverage), as Human Resource Manager, then, rose to the positions of General
Manager Human Resource and Factory, and Head Health Safety and Environment, at Crown Flour Mill, now OLAM International. She is well experience in Oil and Gas industry, in Human Resources, and Quality Health Safety and Environment as well. Evelyn has conducted several seminars, workshops and trainings on Leadership, also
published materials on Leadership. She is the training coordinator, Tip the scales series, and has taught on tip the scales topics for a decade.
Felix Sunday Banye
Felix is Human Resource Management Consultant, writer and Philosopher. He is former Manager, Training Management, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Headquarters (NNPC), where he designed and taught courses in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Management of Training and
Development. He also managed post -course evaluations. Studied Human Resource Management and Development at the University of Manchester, UK. He completed numerous courses in Organization Design, Human Resource and Leadership Development in Nigeria and abroad. He has authored many Publications.
LYNDA ONEFELI (LLM, FCIS)
Lynda Onefeli was called to the bar in 2002 and obtained an LLM from the University of Lagos in 2008. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) (Lagos State Chapter) where she is currently the secretary, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries
and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) where she was admitted into the prestigious body of fellows of the institute in 2009. She is a member of its Governing Council and a past Chairman of ICSAN Lagos State Chapter (2007-2009).
Lynda has attended several local and international courses, and she is the legal adviser, Crown Eagles Konsult Limited.
Lawrence is a chartered Administrator with more than twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Administration, Human Resources and Accounts. He started as an Accounts and Admin officer and has grown to the position of a Senior Manager (Training / Accounts) in Crown Eagles Konsult Limited. He possesses strong persuasive skill. Lawrence is a team player with strong planning and organizational skills. He gives attention to details and highly energetic, proactive and a dependable individual who excels in challenging and competitive environment, meeting all key objectives and achieving desired result.
Priestly Adaigbe is an Internet Marketing, Social Media Professional.
