Princess Halliday who is recently been appointed a Professor and a guest lecturer on ETHICS at the California State University Northridge holds a Master’s degree in Leadership, a first degree in Petroleum Engineering, a professional in International business and also recognized as an expert in communication from Harvard University.
She is immensely determined to revolutionize Leadership as Africa Knows it and help women identify and embrace their own leadership parity. She stressed that this cannot be accomplished until women quit being afraid of Power.
“When women are not represented at the tables where decisions are made, worse decisions are implemented because studies of diversities tell us conclusively that when women are involved, more diverse companies, more diverse organizations, more diverse leadership team make better decisions”.
